透過節氣及魚人認識南方澳的魚種、習性、如何食用及魚的藝術,每個節氣我們會安排至少三尾不同種的旬魚,讓旅客除了吃魚外,也可以認識魚的生態及漁法還有台灣跟魚相關的藝術家,達到慢慢吃魚、永續食魚的目的。 Through the 24 Solar Terms and the insights of local fishermen, we invite you to discover Nanfang'ao's fish species, their habits, culinary uses, and the art they inspire. For each solar term, we'll feature at least three different seasonal fish. This allows travelers to not only enjoy eating fish but also to learn about their ecology, fishing methods, and Taiwanese artists who incorporate fish into their work. Our goal is to achieve the eating fish slowly and sustainably.

南方澳有著豐饒的魚種亦是台灣三大漁港之一,海鮮種類之多可說是全台數一數二,但海鮮餐廳吃的真的都是在地的嗎? 那可不一定,就像常吃的鮭魚...其實是進口的,因此讓大家吃到在地現流的魚,了解魚的生態及價值,是我們辦這活動的主要目的,以最貼近生活的「飲食」為出發點,用「食魚」建立人類與海洋的連結,達到永續食魚的目的。 Nanfang'ao have abundant fish species and is one of Taiwan's three major fishing ports. The sheer variety of seafood available there is arguably among the best in Taiwan. However, are the seafood restaurants truly serving local catches? Not necessarily. Take salmon, a common choice, for example—it's actually imported. Therefore, our main goal in organizing this event is to allow everyone to enjoy fresh, locally caught fish and to understand the ecology and value of these fish. Starting from the most relatable aspect of life—"eating"—we aim to build a connection between humans and the ocean through "fish consumption" to achieve the goal of sustainable seafood practices.
推廣慢魚運動,起源於義大利,顧名思義推廣的是「慢慢吃魚」——從了解魚的產地、來源開始,優先選擇在地、當季的海鮮,期望消費者不單是品嚐海鮮,也能尊重、關心海洋生態。 The "Slow Fish" movement, originating in Italy, promotes "eating fish slowly." This means understanding a fish's origin and source, prioritizing local and seasonal seafood, and encouraging consumers not just to enjoy seafood, but also to respect and care for marine ecosystems.
參觀四魚故事館。林文集老師(好農雜誌總編)以生活化的角度讓旅客接觸魚的美麗世界。 Visit the "Four Fish Story House." Teacher AKIRA (Editor-in-Chief of Good Farmer Magazine) will introduce visitors to the beautiful world of fish from an everyday perspective.

1.本活動按節氣15天辦理一次,出發日期請直接按馬上預定即可選擇。 This event is held once every 15 solar terms (approximately every two weeks). For departure dates, simply click on "Book Now" to select your preferred date. #大海不能預約。只能期待!! 魚一樣不能預約,但吃飯喝酒可以。 The ocean cannot be booked; it can only be anticipated! Similarly, fish cannot be reserved, but you can certainly book your meal and drinks.
2.如有整團10人以上,可自行預約日期,請來電預約。 If you have a group of 10 or more people, you can arrange your own date by calling to make a reservation.
